Step 1 We receive your presentation outline including hand sketches, scanned images, PDF format, GIF or JPEG format, pictures, photos, electronic files, or prototypes, etc. via e-mail, FTP or by mail.

Step 2 We convert your presentation or drawings into the required format .

Step 3 We send the output (electronic files) to you by e-mail, FTP or on CD-ROM. If needed, we can supply 35mm slide production or printing services for you.

CGi prepares free estimates for production, graphic design work and consulting.  First, we review your presentation outline and assign each slide to one of the categories below. Then, we count the number of slides you have of each type and multiply by the respective unit price per slide. We then add everything up and that's the price for the job. It's as easy as that!

1. Title, agenda, electronic text, images, slide transitions $7.00
2. Handwritten text (to be converted), electronic text with images $14.00
3. Simple charts $19.00
4. Complex or stylized charts, simple flow charts $35.00
5. Original graphics, custom templates, animation - custom quote
6. Deliverable format other than electronic - custom quote

Third-Party Content
Stock clipart and images are included at no additional charge. Purchased third-party content, including custom clipart and images, are billed at cost.

• Company
• Telephone & Fax Number
• Type of service requested (Express or Pro)
• Date/Time you need materials delivered to you
• A brief overview of presentation you are requesting - who is the audience, is it serious or humorous, what is the subject matter, etc.
• Attach all contact documents to the email.
