What CoValence Is:

CoValence is a virtual organization that promotes the partnering of specialized talents and energies to produce innovative, comprehensive results. The foundation of CoValence as a dynamic, fluid organization gives it the opportunity to utilize many skill sets and talents from health care professionals all over the nation. CoValence intends to change the health care industry paradigm for consulting, education and project management.

We have determined that no one organization or group today can provide the best health care talent under one roof. CoValence will give clients instant access to a well-trained team of health care consultants, educators, providers, strategists, advocates, information specialists, marketers, and web designers.

CoValence’s job is to support a collaborative environment for its members. It will empower clients and team members to create and manage their own projects. CoValence teams will be established on a project by project basis.

Who Are CoValence Members?

CoValence members have already demonstrated themselves to be capable, experienced, and reliable. They are people who:

  • Want to do freelance work.
  • May be looking for other career opportunities.
  • Are simply ready for something new.
  • Are looking for networking opportunities.
  • Have a great idea but just need some help getting started.
  • Have a project that needs a multidisciplinary team.

Many of our members do work through CoValence as free lancers while retaining their "day job". Others will have enough opportunities presented through CoValence to parlay them into full-time jobs.

CoValence is currently recruiting pilot members. All future members will go through an extensive approval process before being invited to join CoValence.

How Does It Work?

  1. CoValence receives the lead, project concept or RFP.
  2. Teams are formed based on skills needed.
  3. CoValence coordinates and supports team members.
  4. You do the job you love to do.
  5. Everybody gets paid…

Team members receive rates as established in the accepted bid and divided according to hours billed by each team member.

Members providing leads get 10% of the total project revenue - even if they don’t serve on the team.

CoValence gets 15% of the total project revenue (Hey, we gotta get paid for this somehow).  

When to Send Clients to CoValence:

  • When you are swamped and need help on any part of project development.
  • If it’s not your type of work and it’s a good lead. 
  • It’s a monster job and needs a larger team to land and complete the project.
  • You are shopping for or need to retain a consulting team.
  • Your current employer needs CoValence.
