Dr. Kuiper attended New York University where he received his undergraduate degree and his Doctorate in Medicine. He completed his Internship in General Surgery at New York University Medical Center. He completed his Residency in Internal Medicine and his Fellowship in Cardiac Transplantation and Heart Failure Medicine at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center. Dr. Kuiper completed his Fellowship in Cardiovascular Medicine at the University of California San Diego Medical Center.
