OUR GREEN EFFORTS

This year’s activity currently has in place a number of initiatives that address the need to sustain ourselves in an environmentally friendly and cost efficient manner. You will notice that we have reduced paper and other product usage by:

  • Making handouts and brochures available online and via CD-ROM where possible

  • Creating a conference Website to reduce the number of invitations printed

  • Offering electronic registration

  • Promoting the program using the Web

  • Using post-consumer recycled paper

  • Requesting participants return their nametags at the end of the program to recycle

We recognize that this is just a start. We also recognize that this may be a change from what you are used to seeing. Thank you in advance for your help in making this an eco-friendly meeting.
